The elegant craftsman-style home, surrounded by avocado and lemon trees, was built in 1908. This working farm has been handed down through four generations of the McGrath family. The growth of the grounds mirrors the growth of the family, with each fir tree representing the birth of one of the McGrath children. The trees have grown tall and strong and cast a welcome shade on guests of the ranch who visit for the avocado and lemon harvest as well as special events.
